- Avocado
- Strawberry
- Honey
- Low fat Milk
- Ice Cubes
- Dry Fruits
Smoothie Recipe:-
- To prepare this energetic drink,chop the avocado and strawberries in a bowl, and keep it aside.
- Now, in a blender jar, add low fat milk, chopped strawberries and peeled avocado along with honey.
- Cover the jar and blend well all the ingredients until smooth.
- To give the shake a cool effect, add ice cubes in the blender and blend once again.
- Garnish with dry fruits(almond&cashew) and enjoy this healthy smoothie in the summer.
