Eid Special Dry Sewai Recipe

Eid Special Dry Meethi Sewai recipe can be prepared in advance and stored in the fridge. This recipe uses khoya, condensed milk, dry fruits and cardamom powder to give a unique taste to this delightful dish. You can make this dish richer by adding more dry fruits and frying them in ghee before mixing them with the Sewai.

Ingredients:-


  • Ghee
  • Sewai
  • Sugar
  • Condensed Milk
  • Khoya
  • Dry Fruits(Raisin,Almonds,Pista)
  • Cardamom Powder


How to Prepare Sewai:-


  1. Heat the ghee in a deep bottomed pan and roast Sewai till fragrant. Keep the flame low.
  2. Boil milk in another pan. Add the chopped dryfruits and cook for 2-3 minutes. 
  3. Now add sugar and condensed milk and cook on low flame till it mixes well with the milk.
  4. Finely grate the khoya and add it to the milk. Cook till the mixture thickens.
  5. Now Add the sewai and cook  till dry. Add the cardamom powder and mix well.
  6. Decorate with chopped nuts and serve cold. Enjoy!




Note:-You must always add cardamom towards the end or it may lose the fragrance due to heat.

Smoothie Recipe:-

  1. To prepare this energetic drink,chop the avocado and strawberries in a bowl, and keep it aside. 
  2. Now, in a blender jar, add low fat milk, chopped strawberries and peeled avocado along with honey.
  3. Cover the jar and blend well all the ingredients until smooth.
  4. To give the shake a cool effect, add ice cubes in the blender and blend once again. 
  5. Garnish with dry fruits(almond&cashew) and enjoy this healthy smoothie in the summer.

  4. Deep fried all banana slices until golden brown.
  5. Drain them by placing the slices on kitchen paper towel.
  6. Let them cool until crispy, atleast for 5 min.
  7. Atlast sprinkle salt and black pepper and enjoy crispy banana chips.

Note:- Use rock salt(Sendha Namak) instead of normal salt during fasting.

Today I am going to present the recipe for chinese food lover...Chilli Paneer is my all time favourite dish.I often make it at my home.So I am gonna tell you how to make Dry Chilli Paneer recipe in step by step process.

Ingredients:-

  • Paneer
  • Bell Pepper
  • Capsicum
  • Onion
  • Garlic Crushed
  • Ginger Crushed
  • Green Chilli
  • Soya Sauce
  • Tomato Sauce/ketchup
  • Red Chilli Sauce
  • Green Chilli Sauce
  • Vinegar
  • Corn Starch
  • Black Pepper crushed/powder
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • Olive Oil/Refined Oil

How to Cook:-


First of all cut paneer into pieces like cubes.
Put paneer cubes in bowl, add chilli powder, black pepper powder,salt & corn starch.
Now mix well and fry it in a pan by adding oil.Don't fry deep.
Now cut bellpepper, capsicum & onion in square size just like in given pictue.
Put oil in a pan, add crushed ginger,crushed garlic and saute for a min.
Now add onion & bell pepper,cook for 2 min.
Add soya sauce,chilli sauce(Red &Green), tomato sauce,vinegar,pinch of sugar, black pepper & salt according to the taste.Cook it for a min.
Make the paste of 2bsp corn starch and add it in the pan,mix well.
At last add fried paneer and mix well.Cook for a min.
Chilli Paneer is ready to serve.

Platting;-


For platting you can add spring onion before serve.

White Sauce Vegetable Pasta Recipe

Today I am blogging white sauce pasta recipe which does not contain any kind of cheese.Pasta is very easy to make whether for your evening snacks or dinner for your kids.
White Sauce Pasta is very rich & delicious in taste without any cream and cheese.I am going to add lots of vegetables in it.So here is how to make White sauce vegetable Pasta recipe.

White Sauce Vegetable Pasta Recipe

Preparation Time- 30 Min
Ingredients:-

Bell pepper
Capsicum
Chopped Carrot
Boiled sweet Corn
Pasta (flour/wheat)
Butter
Green Peas
Black pepper crushed/powder
Basil Crushed
Oregano
Chilli Flakes
Salt
Maida
Milk

White Sauce Pasta Cooking Recipe:-


  • First of all boil water in a pan, add pasta along with drop of oil and cook till done.
  • Drain and reserved the pasta and set aside.
  • Now in a pan add butter, chopped bell pepper,capsicum,chopped carrot,boiled sweet corn,green peas and saute for few mins.Keep them aside now.
  • Now in same pan add butter, all purpose flour(Maida) and cook for a min.Now add boiled milk in it and whisk well on low flame.
  • Keep whisking while mixture will start to thicken.Now add chilli flakes, oregano, black pepper, basils and salt.
  • Keep whisking again till sauce thickens further and smooth.
  • Now add sauteed vegetables and mix well.
  • After few min add boiled pasta in prepared white sauce.
  • Mix well and add herbs if needed.
  • Switch off the flame.Serve hot white sauce vegetable pasta.

Special Notes:-

1. Make sure that there are no lumps in white sauce.
2. You can add grated cheese while preparing white sauce.
