Dry Chilli Paneer Recipe for Indo-Chinese Lovers

Today I am going to present the recipe for chinese food lover...Chilli Paneer is my all time favourite dish.I often make it at my home.So I am gonna tell you how to make Dry Chilli Paneer recipe in step by step process.

Ingredients:-

  • Paneer
  • Bell Pepper
  • Capsicum
  • Onion
  • Garlic Crushed
  • Ginger Crushed
  • Green Chilli
  • Soya Sauce
  • Tomato Sauce/ketchup
  • Red Chilli Sauce
  • Green Chilli Sauce
  • Vinegar
  • Corn Starch
  • Black Pepper crushed/powder
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • Olive Oil/Refined Oil

How to Cook:-


First of all cut paneer into pieces like cubes.
Put paneer cubes in bowl, add chilli powder, black pepper powder,salt & corn starch.
Now mix well and fry it in a pan by adding oil.Don't fry deep.
Now cut bellpepper, capsicum & onion in square size just like in given pictue.
Put oil in a pan, add crushed ginger,crushed garlic and saute for a min.
Now add onion & bell pepper,cook for 2 min.
Add soya sauce,chilli sauce(Red &Green), tomato sauce,vinegar,pinch of sugar, black pepper & salt according to the taste.Cook it for a min.
Make the paste of 2bsp corn starch and add it in the pan,mix well.
At last add fried paneer and mix well.Cook for a min.
Chilli Paneer is ready to serve.

Platting;-


For platting you can add spring onion before serve.
