Ingredients:-
- Raw Banana
- Salt
- Oil for Fry
- Black Pepper
How to Cook:-
- Peel and Slice raw bananas into round slices.
- Dip sliced banana into the iced water for atleast 10 min.
- Now heat the oil in a pan.
- Deep fried all banana slices until golden brown.
- Drain them by placing the slices on kitchen paper towel.
- Let them cool until crispy, atleast for 5 min.
- Atlast sprinkle salt and black pepper and enjoy crispy banana chips.
