Ingredients:-

  • Raw Banana
  • Salt
  • Oil for Fry
  • Black Pepper

How to Cook:-


  1. Peel and Slice raw bananas into round slices.
  2. Dip sliced banana into the iced water for atleast 10 min.
  3. Now heat the oil in a pan.
  4. Deep fried all banana slices until golden brown.
  5. Drain them by placing the slices on kitchen paper towel.
  6. Let them cool until crispy, atleast for 5 min.
  7. Atlast sprinkle salt and black pepper and enjoy crispy banana chips.

Note:- Use rock salt(Sendha Namak) instead of normal salt during fasting.

Easy Falafel Recipe for Burger

Falafel is a traditional food eaten in Middle East.It is majorly served as a patty between burger or flat breads.The fritters are also be eaten alone as a snack in form of appetizers and now a days it is also used worldwide as a replacement for meat.

Here is the easy steps by step process to make delicious and crispy falafel recipe.

Ingredients:-


  • Boiled Chickpeas/Kabuli Chana
  • All Purpose Flour/Maida
  • Chopped Onion
  • Coriander Leaves
  • Garlic Cloves
  • Coriander Powder
  • Cumin Powder
  • Chilli Powder
  • Black Pepper Crushed
  • Salt
  • Oil for fry
  • Baking Soda

Cooking Recipe:-


  1. Put all the ingredients along with mashed chickpeas in a bowl .
  2. Now make small sized balls/patties
  3. Add oil in a pan and deep fry balls just like fritters.
  4. Drain Falafel in a tissues to extract extra oil.
  5. Serve Falafel as a snack/starter with sauce.
  6. We can also use falafel between burger and flat breads.
