Ingredients:-
- Boiled Chickpeas/Kabuli Chana
- All Purpose Flour/Maida
- Chopped Onion
- Coriander Leaves
- Garlic Cloves
- Coriander Powder
- Cumin Powder
- Chilli Powder
- Black Pepper Crushed
- Salt
- Oil for fry
- Baking Soda
Cooking Recipe:-
- Put all the ingredients along with mashed chickpeas in a bowl .
- Now make small sized balls/patties
- Add oil in a pan and deep fry balls just like fritters.
- Drain Falafel in a tissues to extract extra oil.
- Serve Falafel as a snack/starter with sauce.
- We can also use falafel between burger and flat breads.
