Eid Special Dry Meethi Sewai recipe can be prepared in advance and stored in the fridge. This recipe uses khoya, condensed milk, dry fruits and cardamom powder to give a unique taste to this delightful dish. You can make this dish richer by adding more dry fruits and frying them in ghee before mixing them with the Sewai.

Ingredients:-
- Ghee
- Sewai
- Sugar
- Condensed Milk
- Khoya
- Dry Fruits(Raisin,Almonds,Pista)
- Cardamom Powder
How to Prepare Sewai:-
- Heat the ghee in a deep bottomed pan and roast Sewai till fragrant. Keep the flame low.
- Boil milk in another pan. Add the chopped dryfruits and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Now add sugar and condensed milk and cook on low flame till it mixes well with the milk.
- Finely grate the khoya and add it to the milk. Cook till the mixture thickens.
- Now Add the sewai and cook till dry. Add the cardamom powder and mix well.
- Decorate with chopped nuts and serve cold. Enjoy!
